Sandra Wu is a Private Equity & Corporate (Mergers & Acquisitions) Lawyer experienced in blockchain and distributed ledger technology, smart contracts, cryptocurrencies and the new capital raising techniques and structures for new economy businesses, ranging from ICO & STO issuers to crypto funds and crypto venture capital. Sandra advisers ICO issuers and tech startups on corporate structuring, governance, legal and regulatory compliance pre and post capital raising.

Sandra was previously Head of Legal and Chief Compliance Officer for Mercer Investments, Asia (an investment advisory and asset management company managing US$23bn across Asia) where she led a team of legal and compliance professionals across 12 countries in the Asia Pacific Region. Prior to Mercer, Sandra was a private equity, fund formation and M&A associate with the US law firms of Weil Gotshal & Manges, Skadden Arps, and Kirkland & Ellis.

Sandra currently sits on the Board of Directors for the Association of Corporate Counsel (ACC), Hong Kong branch, and sits on ACC’s Global Blockchain Steering Committee. She has also been recently appointed as the Vice President of the Hong Kong Digital Asset Investment Association.

Johan Jessen is Director of Design at Lyft - responsible for the Rider, Autonomous and Data Design teams. His background spans robotics, cyber security, biotech, AI tools, and online identity.

Prior to joining Lyft, Johan worked as Head of UX Design at (Google) X where he helped bring some of the world's most groundbreaking projects to life including Replicant Robotics, Project Loon and cybersecurity company Chronicle. Before joining Google in 2012 he ran a design agency for seven years working with clients including Apple and the Danish Government. Additionally, he founded four technology startups in his native Copenhagen.
